What we receive

If you request access, we receive your name, work email, company and optional description. If you use Track, we also process account information, project content, test inputs, results, screenshots, recordings and service activity. Avoid putting unnecessary personal data in projects or tests.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to access requests, provide accounts and testing, maintain the service and investigate problems. Product-update emails are optional: the request form asks separately, and each update offers an unsubscribe link.

Processing and retention

Service providers may process information for hosting, email, payments or AI features you use. People in your organization may see content according to their permissions. We have not yet finalized a public provider list, retention schedule or international transfer terms; these need owner and legal review.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about your information, request correction, export or deletion, or withdraw email consent. Some records may need to be kept for billing, service integrity or legal obligations. We will explain what we can do and any limits when responding.
